Do student fellowship applications have to go through Contracts and Grants for approval?
TSR&TP does not require Contracts & Grants Office approval for any grant applications, but your individual campus may require approval before releasing funds to the graduate student or faculty member. TSR&TP transfers grant funds directly to the applicant’s home department. It is up to the applicant and their department grant administrator to ensure compliance with their campus rules.
