Do I need to avoid all dairy products while on the Lactagen Program?
It is recommended that you avoid dairy as much as possible. Having a very small amount of dairy (1 serving per week) while on the program won’t affect the outcome of the program, but if you increase your dairy intake above 1 serving a week, your chances of experiencing symptoms (such as gas, bloating, diarrhea or cramps) will increase. The beginning stages of the Lactagen Program are designed to calm, soothe and restore balance to your digestive system before the retraining begins, so you should do your best to support a calm environment for your stomach.
