Do I have to include all previous jobs on my resumé?

No, you should NOT include all previous jobs on your resumé. You’re best to include your most recent job, and also any jobs with relevant skills to the job you are currently applying. No matter how relevant a past job is, you should never reference a job under Work Experience that is over 10 years old. You can reference older jobs under Other Relevant Experience.
