Not at all. We want to meet people with a range of interesting paid or unpaid work experience, whether that’s in law firms or elsewhere, such as charities. However, it’s helpful if you have spent some time with a larger commercial practice. We’re delighted that many of the students who spend time with us in their vacations go on to apply for a training contract.
