The extent of an individual’s access to PARS21 is determined by his/her role in the grant program for which s/he entering or reporting data: • NJDOE level: NJDOE program officers have access to all levels of PARS21 for all ESFL and 21stCCLC program grantees. • Grantee level: Grantee project directors/coordinators have access to information about all sites involved in the grant program for which they are responsible and may update contact information for partner agencies, collaborators, and site directors/coordinators as needed. • Site level: Grantee site directors/coordinators have access only to information about the specific program delivery site for which they are responsible.
