Did Carl Lewis take drugs?
Ben Johnson is trying to justify his illegal drug use by claiming everyone was doing it so that is why he did it. Carl Lewis never failed a drug test for steroids, he did fail a test for taking a cold medicine, which some used to improve their performance. He was not punished, and was cleared. That was the only positive test in his career. It is obvious that many cheats are never caught, but you can not say someone is cheating until they are caught.
