Crawling, Walking, Running?

Crawling, walking, running may be true, but does it apply here? When a baby is born, the first thing we ask and check, are Metrics. 10 fingers, 10 toes? How many pounds? How many inches? When your baby starts to crawl, do you care how fast or do you care how old he/she is? If a baby is one and not crawling, I would be worried. If a child is two and not walking, I would be worried.
