Could it end up being, in fact, a sort of state of the art meat processing plant, or…?
WILSON: I think Inghams are always very proud of their facilities, and I would be very disappointed if it’s not state of the art; I’m sure it will be. REPORTER: So, was there ever any talk of relocating this plant interstate? Did Inghams ever consider that? WILSON: It was certainly a consideration, and it was discussed with the Government. We had to re-invest in our facilities. It’s the nature of our industry; it rapidly grows, and we have to make every investment decision carefully. And we had, I guess, five weeks to make a very careful decision here, and that’s been made now. But we’re very pleased to remain here. REPORTER: Did the Government’s decision influence you in any way in making that decision? WILSON: Oh, certainly. The Government’s support was essential to our decision.
