Religion could trigger it. Some people have turned normal human traits into a set of beliefs that some others actually live by. We are naturally endowed with superstition, it is part of our learning process. I did this last time and it worked, so I will do the same thing again. This has lead to a weird situation where people have turned it to their own advantage and called it religion. That is why God is Good and Devil is evil. Simple people in backward countries still teach these religions, and tell people that they are the only ones who are right. First rule of any religion is that you will rot and burn if you support the opposite team. Hope this helps to explain what could trigger your global Isamic Jihad.
The Muslims ALONE are responsible for their actions. They rip up and desecrate the graves of the very Jewish prophets they claim to revere, with their “PBUH” crap, yet the Jews do not retaliate. But if anyone even makes a cartoon of Mohammed, the Muslims riot. This is because the Muslims have the temperament of animals, instead of human beings. A wild a** of a man, as it says in the bible about them, whose hand will be against everyone, and everyone’s hand will thus be against them. It is their own fault.
