ClickView Library Server console is open however the ClickView Players cannot access it. What could be the problem?

Check that the ClickView Library Server is online. The Library Server status is displayed in the bottom left. To turn on the ClickView Library Server, click on the File menu, then on Start Library Server. If the ClickView Library is online, and it still cannot be accessed, try the following knowledgebase article: http://www.clickview.co.uk/support/view_knowledge.php?
