Cleaning?
The house is cleaned thoroughly before you arrive. To clean a house cost $85 for a 3 Bedroom and $95 for a 4 bedroom. Most Owners, including myself pick up this cost for reservations of 6 nights or more. However for bookings of 5 nights or less, it is impossible to absorb this cost. My price to you INCLUDES THE CLEANING after you leave even if you only want to book 1 or 2 nights. That is why quotes from me for 1/2/3/4/5 nights might seem expensive. It is because I build in this cost of cleaning. Others Owners often don’t include the cost of cleaning (or taxes) so beware! They may look cheap but there might be a sting in the tail! There is no daily Maid Service included in your quote. However you may order a Maid Service, or a “full clean” from the Management Company to suit your own personal needs. Daily Maid services are $35, and weekly cleans are $60 for a 3 Bedroom House and $70 for a 4 Bedroom house. The choice is yours.
