As a licensed and bonded broker, we carefully choose our carriers to meet the highest of standards in our industry. In the event that a claim must be made, the claim must be made against the carrier that is transporting your car. The carriers we have chosen have provided to us documentation stating that they meet all DOT guidelines and are fully insured for the value of your vehicle. We will help guide you in the event that you must make a claim against one of our carriers. Upon pick-up, the driver of the vehicle mover will complete a condition report (bill of lading) indicating any scratches or damages on the vehicle which will then be signed by both parties. This routine will then be performed again upon delivery, be sure you inspect your vehicle before signing. Be sure you inspect your vehicle for any damages at the delivery point. Any claims made after the truck has left will not be accepted under any conditions.
