Can you check a forging made of Stainless steel (size 1″ X 1″ X 1″) for Microstructure, Grain Flow, Cold laps, Cracks and Chemical Composition?
We can carryout all tests requested by you from 1″ X 1″ X 1″ piece. Please make sure that this is a full forging and not a cut piece from a forging. If 1″ X 1″ X 1″is not a full forging, we need a complete forging to find grain flow, cold laps and cracks. Approximate charges will be Rs. 1500/- plus 12.24% Service Tax. We would need about 10 days time to complete the job.
