Can weight training stunt growth?
Doctors don’t know how tall you’re going to grow, but weight training can be cause reduction in growth if you over-do it to the extent that you injure yourself. Injuries to the growth plates can stunt growth, and lifting extensive weight can cause those injuries. That being said, its unlikely weight lifting has caused any reduction in growth. Growth can occur in spurts, and its possible that you’ll grown more (many men don’t stop growing until age 20-21).
my awnser is to take your weight and write it down on pice of paper then exersize morning and night for 5 minutes, then eat 3 healthy meals a day stop eating after each meal when you are full do this for 2 weeks then after take your weight again and see how much you have lost and if you lost alote see how much you could lose in 2 months. i done this and lost 3 stone in 5 weeks!!!
