Can weeks be combined?
Absolutely in fact it is encouraged by ZTrainer junkies. ZTrainer is created to fit any fitness level. For instance beginners may start off with week one. However as your stamina increases and you want to kick it up a notch you can mix and match. i.e. Try starting combining week 2 and week 4 in one workout. Mix and match anyway you please. Or try the Super Set – that’s all six weeks in one day which is approximately two hours!
