LSBRP procurements are likely to require additional time compared to non-LSBRP procurements. For vendors who are not already certified by the Department of Economic Development(DED), they will be given three days to provide DED with appropriate documentation regarding LSBRP compliance. Using Departments can start reviewing proposals during this time, written evaluations must wait until bidders’ LSBRP status has been documented and reviewed. If certification is denied, the business may appeal.
