Can taking both Agnus Castus and Vitamin B Complex cause miscarriage?
I cannnot see any reason why taking this would cause a miscarriage. Vitamin B is a water soluble vitamin. Any excess that your body doesn’t need is excreeted within hours of taking it. And agnus castus is fine to take after ovulation as it’s such a low dose – I asked a herbalist about this. She said just stop taking it if you get pregnant. I had 2 miscarriages last year when I wasn’t taking either vitex or vit B. I then started taking them and am now 20 weeks pregnant! So they haven’t caused any problems for me. Most miscarriages are just caused by bad luck – something goes wrong in the complex process of making a human being and so the body rejects the pregnancy. There usually isn’t a cause. If you have a short LP, and especially if you get spotting during your LP you might have low progesterone.
