Yes, provided that proper surface preparation was done when the initial coating was applied. Re-coat is possible after one year if the film is still in sound condition with no dirt, mildew, flaking, etc. If the coating is not in sound condition, then a primer is recommended. Regardless, you should clean the surface prior to coating.
