People and teams from any country are eligible. If U.S. government regulations and/or U.S. government-imposed economic sanctions prohibit monetary transfers to a winner’s country of residence, we will be precluded from awarding prize money to that winner and will award the prize money to the next highest-ranked entry within compliance with U.S. laws and regulations.
