No, MyScript does not recognize mathematical or chemical symbols except the most basic symbols. For example, in English language it recognizes the following numbers and symbols: 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 ! # $ % & ‘ ( ) * + , – _ . / : ; < = > ? @ [ \ ] ^ { } ~ ” | We do not recommend that you use it for recognizing complex equations. This is not currently supported even by the most advanced technology. (It should recognize very basic operations such as 2+2=4 but nothing with sub and superscript for example).
