Yes, however you will not be eligible for the 20% reduction if you vary the PAYG instalment amount provided by us for the December 2008 quarter or you have already varied the PAYG instalment amount payable in a previous quarter of the 2008–09 income year. To vary your instalment you must lodge a variation on or before the due date for payment of your instalment. For further information, see How to vary pay as you go (PAYG) instalments (NAT 4159).
