Such usage is allowed only for images downloaded using the W-EL license. Images downloaded using the regular Royalty Free license CANNOT be used within web templates supposed to be resold to more than one customer or by any means which can be seen as a way of reselling or redistributing the images. Images downloaded using the regular Royalty Free license can be used in templates designed for a SINGLE client, templates that are part of the same site’s layout (e.g. as the layout for a subpage is common to many pages from the same site, a common term among webdesigners names it a template, but this doesn’t mean that the template is to be sold to more than one customer).
