[Last modified: March 93] Answer: The hourglass used by mwm is hard-coded into code that is subject to OSF copyright. In Motif 1.2 though, the bitmaps for this and other things (information, no_enter, question, warning, working) were made available. The install process will probably add them to /usr/include/X11/bitmaps. Otherwise, just use the watch cursor XC_watch of the previous question, because that has the same semantics.
