Yes, Collier County’s TDR Program does not create any distinctions between where TDR credits are generated or consumed within the RFMU District. Rather, the County will provide a clearinghouse connection for buyers and sellers of TDR credits through its TDR web site: The Collier County TDR Buyer’s and Seller’s List and the Sending Lands Registry.
