Can I use Kenexa Career Tracker for Mid-Year reviews?
Performance reviews can be completed any time throughout the course of the year. Kenexa Career Tracker does not distinguish between periodic reviews (i.e. mid-year) and annual reviews. A performance review is designed as a living document that can be updated and modified throughout the course of the year before the final submission at the end of the performance management cycle. A mid-year review can be thought of as a snapshot of employee performance at that time. The final “Annual” performance review would contain prior documentation which could be used, deleted, or modified as needed. Reviews can be printed for use at any time. Only when the reviews are final (at the end of the performance management cycle) should they be submitted using the submit button on the Overall Performance Screen. Note that “Annual” must be selected on the Staff Member Information screen even if it is intended as a “Mid-Year” review. Simply use the Save and Finish Later feature and print the review for your
