Can I use HTML in the survey or Email Invitation message?
As a Professional subscriber, you have the ability to use HTML in the survey design or in the outgoing message of an Email Invitation collector. NOTE: HTML must be enabled on your Professional account so it will function properly. This option is meant for advanced users with knowledge of HTML. • To activate this, login to your account and click the [My Account] tab. • Under the Preferences section, click the [Edit] button and click [Enable HTML]. • To turn it off, simply click the [Disable HTML] button.
