We don’t recommend it for 2 reasons. • Fabric softener is generally a collection of harsh chemicals (defeating the purpose of having an all-natural menstrual product). • Using fabric softener actually makes GladRags less absorbent. We find GladRags remain soft without fabric softener. You may, however, try Bi-O-Kleen’s Oxygen Bleach, which softens your fabric naturally.
