Can I upload documents such as PDFs or Excel Spreadsheets to make them available to my site visitors?
You can use the Upload Files feature of the Libary to get your Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, Zip and WinRAR files into the Library. Then, you can create links to these documents which provide download capability when clicked. If I let my child sites Edit a Parent-provided article, but then I change my original article, what happens to that article on the child site. It remains just as it was when it was edited by the child site. If the child site user decides to delete their edited content, then the current version of the article from the parent site will now show on their site.
