Can I return product(s) for a refund within 30 days?
For products purchased directly thru this website: • We will issue refunds, less the original shipping/handling and a 20% fee for restocking, for items returned to us within the first 30 days. • If you wish to return your item(s) for a refund, please carefully pack and send the item(s) back to us. You must include a note with your name, date of purchase, order number, and the reason for returning the item(s). Please include the original invoice if you still have it. • Returned items must be in original condition and include all original packaging, manuals, software, etc. Items with self adhesive tapes must not have the protective backings removed. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. • Packages returned to us without a valid return authorization number will be refused. Your RMA is your 8 digit order / invoice number followed by the word “-refund.” Please write this number on the outside of the package. • Refunds will be made thru the original payment method. •
