Can I purchase the U.S. Diabetes Conversation Map tools?
To receive a complimentary set of the U.S. Diabetes Conversation Map tools you must attend a U.S. Diabetes Conversation Map facilitator training session. One set of Diabetes Conversation Map tools and Facilitator Guide per attendee. Healthy Interactions, the American Diabetes Association and Merck’s Journey for Control program are committed to training more healthcare professionals involved in diabetes educations over the next 3 years. Unfortunately, distributing extra sets of the Conversation Map tools and materials to some individuals would limit our ability to make the tools available to more healthcare professionals. When educators have colleagues in the same center, they can both/all be trained and receive their own set of the U.S. Diabetes Conversation Map tools. This way they can pool their sets and leave a set in different locations or have access for two or more sets for large groups, etc.
