Of Course you can. SimPE is developed in C# for the .NET Framework, so anyone who can produce Managed Code can extend SimPE and reuse the Engine hidden within other Applications. Since SimPE is currently an Alpha release, the Interface for the Plugins will change, so we won’t release any Documentation on the Interface until we think it is complete an usable.
