Miles can only be earned on codeshare flights that carry an Emirates flight number. You will not earn Miles on flights operated by any other airline.

Miles can only be earned on codeshare flights that carry an Emirates flight number. On all Emirates flights (operated by Emirates or a code-share partner), Skywards Miles will be earned based on the origin and destination of travel, type of fare purchased(either a ‘Skywards Flex’ or ‘Skywards Saver’) and class of travel.
