No, this is a restricted ID which should be kept in a safe place for use only by the librarian or site administrator. As access to Oxford Reference Online for institutions is IP authenticated, your colleagues will be able to access the service without a user name and password. If any of your colleagues requires a user name and password for off-site access to Oxford Reference Online, please contact us.
