Can I count any previous study towards a BEng(Hons) degree?
You may be able to count previous study at higher education level (including HNC/D) for up to 210 points towards the 360 points needed for a BEng(Hons) degree. You must complete T191, T397, 120 points of OU study at level 3 including the project, and meet the residential school requirement. In order for previous study to be eligible for consideration for credit towards the BEng(Hons) degree, it would have to be included on the University’s approved list for awarding credit. In addition it would have to be at the appropriate level and deemed to be relevant.
