Can I apply directly to an upper year of study if I have already completed several years of university in a science program?
No. You will be considered for admission to Year 1 even if you have already completed one or more degree programs or advanced degree programs. As of the academic year beginning September 2011, the BScPhm curriculum will be altered and will include unique courses. The 4-year curriculum will be enhanced and will include, through Faculty-based didactic and expanded clinical experiences, a more rigorous preparation for contemporary practice. It is not yet known whether any transfer credit will be considered in the new curriculum. Applicants who are offered admission will be provided with further information at the time the offers of admission are made available in June 2011. In the event that transfer credit is considered please note that the length of the program remains 4 years but you may have a slightly reduced course load in one or more years depending on the transfer credit (if any) granted.
