No, it is not possible to purchase the SDconnect device separately or to convert the flat-rate usage fees (rent) into a one-time purchase charge. Xentry Diagnostics EU is only available in a package with SDconnect for the annual flat-rate usage fees paid as part of a leasing agreement.
