Can divisions export student information from a schools student information system and transmit this data to NCS Pearson?

NCS Pearson will provide a template or record layout that should be followed by divisions when preparing their data. The intent is for divisions to be able to export a text file (i.e. tab delimited, comma delimited, etc.) from their existing student information system and provide that to NCS Pearson who will then use the data to populate the testing software for that division. The student data required for online testing will mirror the data that is currently collected on the paper/pencil answer documents. More information will become available regarding fields that must be included and the additional fields that school divisions may use to collect pertinent data (i.e. Special Education status, accommodations, etc.). Individual bubble sheets for students will no longer be needed with online testing.
