The study No EACEA/2008/04 is one of the actions financed under the Culture Programme 2007-2013, strand 3: Support for analyses and for the collection and dissemination of information. Turkey, Croatia, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and Serbia participate fully to the Culture Programme on the basis of a Memorandum of understandings concluded with the European Community. For this reason, companies legally established in these four countries are eligible to apply on the same basis as companies legally established in the Member States.
