Can Axxium detect a continuous tone as the on-hook tone?

0

A continuous on-hook tone can be detected by specifying the on-hook detection parameters in the configuration tool in a bit special way: duration on deviation, duration off, duration off deviation and number of cycles should all be set to 0. E.g., an on-hook tone of 420 hz, that should be present minimum 3 seconds can be specified as follows: Frequency=420 Frequency deviation=25 duration on=300 duration on deviation=0 duration off=0 duration off deviation=0 number of cycles=0 2nd frequency=0 2nd frequency deviation=0 Note that duration on is measured in units of 10 ms. So the value of 300 represents the minimum duration of 3 seconds.
