First recycled paper is being removed of large item such as plastic cover, glass, tin and other large object which accidently mixed into the recycled stream. Then paper will be compress to block for storage. Then block paper will be moved to large tank where water and paper will be mix evenly and small object like staplers being removed. Then paper will moved to a hot water where wax and oil is being removed in the process. Bleach will be added to make white paper, NaOH will also be added. Then near to end, pulp will be added with cray and other item and squeeze of water. Then will dry under superheated steam. Then paper will be rolled and ready for export or cut to special size.

for paper processing, the waste papers and cartoons are first steeped with water for more than 24 hours. then the paste prepared is reacted with 18% NaOH and other materials are added, just like china clay and wood pulp etc. then bleaching takes place and paper sheets are formed by pressing them under high PSI.
