Can a student take a foreign language course as Pass/Fail to satisfy the LL requirement?

Students cannot take a Foreign Language course as Pass/Fail if the course is needed to satisfy the Second Language Liberal Learning Requirement. A Pass/Fail can be taken only when the foreign language is to count for a free elective course.
