I am not sure if Holistic Therapist really helps, I don’t mean that as a put down. I simply don’t know. I’ve noticed that people who receive alternative therapies really believe in them. So I suspect that some of the healing benefit from them comes from a positive belief in it by the patient. One great thing about a swedish massage is how calming it can be. They do help release stresses that can exhibit themselves by way of very tight back muscles. People need the touch of other humans and a theraputic touch can be a great mental benefit to single people who don’t have anybody hugging, or touching them. I don’t really believe in colonic irrigation’s but I started doing them weekly along with a 7 day cleanse. Now I am doing a more mild daily cleanse product and a herbal laxative. I have bad hypothyroidism and my colon hasn’t worked properly in years. Even though I didn’t really believe in colonics and cleansing I went in with an open mind and I am open to what the therapist suggests. I
