Can a PIM submission cover more than one Trade Name?
. No. The highest level in the PIM hierarchy is ‘Product’ which equates to Trade Name or the synonymous Invented Name. It is not possible to have more than one Invented Name in a PIM submission. If more than one Invented Name is being pursued then a separate submission is required for each. However, it should be a simple matter to replace the Invented Name wherever it occurs in a PIM submission and so produce a parallel set of product information.
