Can a Blackberry device check an Exchange 2003 email account?

Just a quick question to find out if a Blackberry device can be used to remotely check/download email from our Exchange 2003 server. We have a palm and Windows CE device that are able to check email from our exchange server, but I don’t know if the Blackberry devices can. Thanks.
