No. However, for participants in the MR/ID waiver DBHDS has “Community Capacity Funds” available for the personal needs of the participant, home furnishings to benefit the participant.. These are General Funds and may be used before the participant moves. They may be accessed by completing the “Request to Access FY09 Community Capacity Funds” form available on the Intellectual Disability Services website: http://www.dmhmrsas.virginia.gov/OMR-forms.htm.
