There are many ways to buy properties. The building wealth system comes with a disk with more places and websites to find property than you could ever imagine. However… in my market, right now, the realtors are the “low hanging fruit”. I suggest you look for the areas of the “low hanging fruit” in your market as well. You may be surprised at what you find!
