As the administrator I can log into my pool but why can my fellow poolies log into the pool?
It is probably because you have not activated your pool yet. We will send you an activation email right after you set up your pool ID. You must click on the link in this email to activate the email. If you do not then no one else can view the pool. If you did not receive it just log into your pool and click “Edit Pool”, on this page you can click to have it resent. If you still do not receive it please email us at support@pickuphockey.com and we can activate it from this end.
