Are Udis Cafes gluten free?
You’re in luck! All five of our cafes have a dedicated gluten-free menu. We have several staff members who have gluten intolerances and we understand your concern. Here’s what they suggest: ask for the gluten-free menu and indicate to the server or the cashier that you are ordering from the gluten-free menu. They will make your food in a dedicated gluten-free section of the kitchen. Please note that Udi’s Stapleton and Arvada are the only two locations open for lunch on Saturday.
