Currently probably not. You must undertstand that the werewolf was actually nothing else than people who had unusual syndromes which of course simple folk-farmer- in the middle ages did not perceive as normal. Of course today we do know of these syndromes and yet you still find small parts in the world where people claim there are werewolves. Irony is none of them has proof just word of mouth. And sorry to say that all people here who claim they have either seen a werewolf or are one will always stand out as the jokers because they never give evidence nor any logical explanation how they became weres. However to answer your question properly I would say at the moment there are no werewolves but that does not mean that they will not exist in the futur. However, I doubt that it will be people who change into weres.
