• Where staff are engaged on mainstream College grades (pre and post the College Pay and Grading review) this will not be an issue. There are no differences in the terms and conditions offered to substantive and fixed term staff. • Staff on fixed term contracts will receive annual appraisals to assist in the development of their performance and career management. • Staff on fixed term contracts are eligible to apply for regrading in line with College grading review procedures for comparable staff on permanent contracts. • A list of all College vacancies is available for reference on the web www.imperial.ac.uk/employment/. Vacancies are open to all staff.
